Fowlers Wells The farm house at Chobham, Surrey where James Blackman and Ann (nee Stovell) lived. Their children would have been born in this house, as was John Waymouth, their first grandchild in 1845. This painting was probably brought to New Zealand by John Blackman when he emigrated in 1870.
