Lizzie and her daughter, Elsie (middle row, right end) were in Hong Kong around the time of the Boxer Rebellion in 1900.  Lizzie's husband, US Admiral John Bleecker, introduced them to Elsie's future husband, Ernest G Waymouth (back row, right end).
