Barbara Gialousis
Australia
Starting with Richard GLANVILL who married Sarah COUCH at Plymouth in 1758, I am descended through their son Edward who married Ann SPRIDDLE in 1782 in Maker, Cornwall.   Then through their son Richard GLANVILL who married Susanna HARVEY in 1805 in Maker, then their son Thomas GLANVILL who married Elizabeth SAXON in Stoke Damerel in 1838.  They were the parents of my Great Grandmother Hannah GLANVILL who married Walter Edward BARRATT in Colyton, Devon in 1868.  Hannah and Walter BARRATT then shifted to Wigan in Lancashire.  Their son Herbert John BARRATT was my Grandfather.   Herbert John BARRATT and his wife Margaret (nee SANTUS) migrated to Australia in 1912 with four of their children and a fifth child was born later in Australia.  For more see Barbara Gialousis' line.
Ray Turner
